What You'll Do Manage OFCI Lifecycle: Oversee procurement, logistics, delivery, and installation of owner"‘furnished equipment. Coordinate Stakeholders: Serve as the primary liaison between owners, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution. Schedule Alignment: Track and align equipment delivery with construction milestones to avoid delays. Quality Assurance: Perform inspections, validate installations, and resolve issues related to OFCI equipment. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs, provide regular updates, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Risk Management: Address logistical challenges, warranty issues, and coordinate corrective actions when needed.
