Location Remote, but must be local to Washington, DC (for occasional onsite meetings) Type Backfill position Level Senior / Subject Matter Expert (SME) Pay $65/hr on W2 Clearance Requirement Must be able to obtain Public Trust What This Role Really Is This is a high-level IAM (Identity & Access Management) expert role focused heavily on Okta. Designing IAM solutions Fixing complex access/security issues Automating processes (DevSecOps mindset) Advising leadership on improvements Top 3 Skills (Core Focus) Okta IAM Expertise SSO, MFA, integrations Deep hands"‘on experience with identity systems IAM Operations User provisioning & lifecycle Security monitoring & audit Improving system efficiency Handling vulnerabilities & compliance Key Responsibilities (Simplified) Okta & Identity Integration Configure SSO/MFA using Okta Integrate with: Active Directory RADIUS & other identity providers Operations & Support Handle advanced troubleshooting (T2/T3) Manage Okta agents and infrastructure Perform manual provisioning when needed Monitoring & Security Review logs and user/admin activities Work with Splunk integrations Address vulnerabilities from scans Evaluate Okta monthly releases Recommend optimizations Documentation & Governance Define policies and procedures Support audits and compliance Splunk (for logging/monitoring) ARIS (for role/process management) Requirements Summary 10+ years experience Strong IAM + Okta background Experience with enterprise environments Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business teams About Seneca Resources Seneca Resources is client driven provider of strategic Information Technology consulting services and Workforce Solutions to government and industry.
