Title: Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (Sales Cloud Transformation) Location: USA / Canada - Remote We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA)with deep expertise inSales Cloudto support a large-scale transformation initiative involving migration from an existing Salesforce org to a new, modernized Salesforce platform. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, Salesforce functional expertise, and the ability to guide stakeholders toward best practices and out-of-the-box solutions (Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position). Roles and Responsibilities: Partner closely with business stakeholders tocapture, analyze, and document business requirementsacross the sales lifecycle (Lead to Opportunity to Close). Act as atrusted advisor, guiding business teams onSalesforce best practicesandout-of-the-box capabilitiesto minimize customization. Lead workshops and discovery sessions toreimagine and streamline business processesaligned with Salesforce-native functionality. Translate business requirements intoclear functional specifications, user stories, and system designs. Collaborate with architects and developers to convert requirements intoscalable Salesforce solutions. Support theend-to-end transformationfrom legacy Salesforce org to new org, including data, process, and user experience redesign. Identify opportunities tooptimize and standardize processesusing Salesforce features such as automation, workflows, and reporting. Drivecross-functional alignmentby working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure cohesive solutions. Effectivelymanage and balance business stakeholder expectations and technical team capacity, ensuring efficient prioritization and timely delivery. Act as abridge between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and accelerating decision-making. Driveuser adoptionby ensuring solutions are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business goals. Maintain a strong understanding ofSalesforce AI capabilities, includingAgentforce. Identify and recommendpractical AI use casesto enhance sales productivity, customer engagement, and automation. Work with stakeholders toprioritize and implement AI-driven featureswhere they provide measurable business value. Ensure AI solutions are aligned withbusiness objectives and operational workflows. Key Skills Required: 8+ years of experience as aBusiness Systems Analyst / Business Analystin Salesforce environments. Deep expertise inSalesforce Sales Cloud, including standard objects, lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting. Proven experience inSalesforce org transformation or migration projects. Strong ability tobridge business and technical teams. Demonstrated experience incross-functional stakeholder management. Proven ability tomanage competing priorities across business and technical teamsto drive outcomes. Demonstrated experience inprocess re-engineering and optimizationusing out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities. Experience writinguser stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Strong stakeholder management andcommunication skills, including executive-level interactions. Qualifications: Experience withSalesforce CPQ, integrations, or multi-system environments. Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodologies. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant). Exposure toAI-driven CRM capabilitiesand automation strategies. Experience working in ahigh-tech, demo-driven, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environmentis highly preferred.
