As we continue to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate therapists to provide virtual services to our pediatric clients in the Arcadia and Pasadena areas.Position SummaryWe are hiring Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide remote therapy sessions to children from the comfort of their own homes. As a Virtual Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs designed to improve the functional abilities and overall well-being of each child in our care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual assessments and evaluations using evidence-based tools and approachesDevelop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs and goalsProvide engaging, interactive, and effective therapy sessions via telehealth platformsCollaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of careMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and legal standardsParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunitiesProvides SLPA supervision and signs off on required documentationQualificationsActive and unrestricted California Speech-Language Patholoy licensesMinimum of 1 year of pediatric experienceProficient in using telehealth platforms and technologyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage a flexible schedulePassionate about working with children and familiesPlease note that this position will begin with limited hours, typically between 4 and 8 hours per week, with the potential for gradual increases as our patient base grows.Ready to Join Us?If you're excited about making a meaningful difference in children's lives through virtual therapy, we highly encourage you to apply today! #J-18808-Ljbffr
