Position Title: Remote PEO Litigation Attorney This role offers an opportunity for a skilled attorney to engage in employment law and litigation within a dynamic environment. The attorney will manage high-volume matters for a significant client, handling various employment-related claims and administrative charges. The position requires a proactive approach, as the attorney will work collaboratively with partners and clients while maintaining a high level of communication. Salary Range $190000 - $205000 / Year DOE Responsibilities Manage day-to-day employment matters from inception to resolution Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings, and argue motions Take and defend depositions and represent clients in hearings Handle administrative charges and EPLI-covered claims Develop case strategies and maintain communication with clients and insurance carriers Supervise and mentor legal staff and coordinate with partners Engage in ongoing in-person court appearances in Northern California Work collaboratively with multiple partners on diverse cases Requirements 7+ years of employment law and litigation experience Experience with Professional Employer Organizations and high-volume matters Must be barred in the state and located in Northern California Proficient in drafting, responding to discovery, and managing depositions Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience in class actions and PAGA cases is preferred Benefits 401(k) plan with firm contributions after one year Medical and prescription benefits through Cigna and Kaiser Dental and vision coverage options Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts Unlimited vacation policy with approval from partners Paid parental leave and various insurance options Employee assistance program and student loan refinancing Paid holidays If you are a PEO Litigation Attorney looking to take the next step in your career with a remote role, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
