We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you're located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.RoleWe're looking for a strong Engineering Manager to lead a full stack product engineering team. This person will be responsible for building and scaling Intercept, SentiLink's primary customer-facing application. Intercept is the main interface our customers use to investigate risk, monitor activity, and take action in our platform. This team owns the full product experience from the user interface and workflows to the backend systems that power addition to this, you will also own two other applications (tools and dashboard) that are internal and external facing, and equally critical for our users.You will lead a small but growing team of engineers responsible for delivering new product capabilities, improving usability and performance, and evolving the technical foundation of the application.This role sits at the intersection of product development, technical architecture, and people leadership. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and Infrastructure to deliver reliable, scalable, and intuitive software in a fast-moving startup environment.We are looking for a manager who is fundamentally a strong software engineer and still enjoys engaging deeply with the technical work.
