Seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience for a remote role with court appearances in the LA area.Roles And ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in workers' compensation defense cases, including hearings, depositions, and trials.Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare case strategies.Attend WCAB hearings in the Los Angeles area as required.Maintain a monthly billing requirement of approximately 220-230 hours.Collaborate with a skilled legal team to deliver high-quality legal services.QualificationsMinimum of 2+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.Active California Bar license and in good standing.Strong litigation skills with excellent communication and legal writing abilities.Experience handling cases for school districts is a plus.Ability to work remotely while managing court appearances in the LA pensation & BenefitsCompensation based on experience and billable hours.Signing bonus available.401(k) retirement prehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance.Paid time off. #J-18808-Ljbffr
