Prediktive -Latin America, LATAM, United States We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer based in Latin America to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Fintech company, based in Newport Beach, CA. Our client is a Fintech company focused on building financial intelligence products. Their full-service platform learns their client's firm's risk profile, regulatory requirements, and operational parameters, analyzing and monitoring trade and transaction data against their compliance program to help them anticipate challenges before they arise. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions that power our client's regulatory intelligence platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across financial services use cases. Build and optimize APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) and backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, handling large volumes of financial and transactional data. Develop user-facing features with modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript), ensuring high performance and seamless user experience for compliance officers and analysts. Collaborate closely with other members to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into elegant, reliable software solutions. Ensure code quality and compliance with internal and industry standards through thorough code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/deployment. Champion best practices in security, privacy, and data integrity, particularly in handling sensitive financial and regulatory information. Requirements Advanced Level of English. 5+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Engineer or Back End Engineer. Strong experience with Node.js and related backend frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS). Expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Understanding of data modeling, serialization, and secure handling of financial transaction data. Experience working with PostgreSQL. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Experience working with Kafka. Experience working with Databricks, AWS, and Terraform.
