This role focuses on delivering high-quality content at scale"”managing asset workflows, improving tooling, and supporting product and feature launches.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing to support new feature and product launchesManage intake, prioritization, and tracking of creative/technical requests (Jira, Confluence)Oversee delivery of assets across formats (photo, video, UI, digital), ensuring quality and timelinesMaintain and improve asset tracking systems and workflowsCollaborate with designers to understand workflows and production needsWork with Engineering and QA to track and resolve bugs, unblocking creative teamsSupport global asset distribution with region-specific considerationsIdentify and implement process and tooling improvementsWhat You Bring5-7+ years in technical production, creative operations, or similar roles in a tech environmentExperience with CMS, asset management systems, and workflow tools (Jira, Confluence)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage high-volume, multi-format asset deliveryExperience supporting product or feature launchesComfortable working cross-functionally and in fast-paced, evolving environmentsNice To HaveExperience at a leading tech company or start up environment where you gained experience building or scaling asset management systemsBackground in UI/product design or creative productionExperience working with global teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
