Fish Network is building the infrastructure for the "Neofund" era, enabling emerging managers to launch compliant, on-chain investment clubs ("Fish Schools") with built-in custody, governance, and capital formation railsFish Network is a compliant, Web3-enabled platform for collaborative investing in private markets. It transforms traditional investment clubs into structured, technology-enabled "Fish Schools", community-driven investment vehicles that pool capital upfront and deploy it collectivelyUnlike traditional crowdfunding portals that act purely as matchmakers (often resulting in poor deal quality and high issuer costs), Fish Network introduces structured coordination, expert-led diligence, and on-chain capital deploymentWe are seeking a Fund Advisor to mentor and train emerging Fish School Organizers (solo GPs and investment club leaders) on how to structure, operate, and scale high-quality investment communities.You will work directly with emerging managers to help them refine their thesis, implement disciplined diligence processes, manage capital responsibly, coordinate voting mechanisms, and maintain investor trust through structured reporting and governance.This role is ideal for someone who understands venture mechanics, fund operations, and capital formation "” and wants to shape the next generation of digitally native fund managers.The OpportunityYou understand how capital is raised, deployed, and returned. You've seen what works and what breaks inside investment clubs, syndicates, and venture funds.We are building a new generation of emerging fund managers. Many are first-time GPs launching investment clubs, angel syndicates, rolling funds, or micro-VCs. They have ambition and access but need structure, discipline, and operational excellence.As a Fund Advisor, you will mentor and train multiple emerging managers on how to design, operate, and scale professional investment vehicles.This is not a passive advisory role. You will help build disciplined, high-performing fund operators.ResponsibilitiesMentor emerging fund managers on launching and structuring investment clubs and venture fundsTrain managers on sourcing, screening, diligence, and IC process designHelp build portfolio construction frameworks and capital deployment pacingSupport managers with LP communication, reporting, and governance standardsReview investment memos and provide structured, actionable feedbackProvide frameworks for risk management and portfolio monitoringConduct workshops, office hours, and structured training sessionsHelp managers refine LP decks and fundraising narrativesMonitor fund performance and identify operational improvementsContribute to best-practice playbooks for early-stage fund operatorsExperience / QualificationsExperience in venture capital, angel investing, or fund operationsDirect exposure to launching or operating a syndicate, investment club, or venture fundStrong understanding of fund economics (carry, management fees, reserves, DPI/TVPI)Experience evaluating early-stage startups and writing or reviewing investment memosStrong mentorship and communication skillsAbility to simplify complex fund mechanics for first-time managersHigh ownership mindset and execution disciplinePreferred:Experience as a GP, venture partner, or fund operatorPrior experience coaching founders or investorsExposure to global emerging markets or first-time fund managersWhat's In It For YouWork closely with ambitious emerging fund managers globallyShape the next generation of venture operatorsFlexible, remote-first structureCompetitive compensation (base + advisory structure)Potential carried interest participation (where applicable)High-leverage impact across multiple fundsApplyApply here: #J-18808-Ljbffr
