OverviewArtist Relations & Events Logistics Manager (China / Asia)Versa is an international live entertainment company producing large-scale music events and festivals across Asia. We work with top global artists and partners to bring world-class experiences to audiences in China and beyond.Role DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced, bilingual professional to join and oversee artist relations and logistics coordination for our live events portfolio in mainland China primarily and across Asia. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of music, culture, and international event production.Qualifications/RequirementsStrong client relations skillsFluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken)Deep understanding of Chinese culture, traditions and business etiquetteProven experience in artist relations, tour management, and international event logisticsStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to operate under pressureComfortable working across multiple time zones and culturesRequired travel to China multiple times per yearValid passport required; must be eligible to obtain all visas necessary for international travel, including entry into Mainland ChinaResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between artist teams and our local operations teams in mainland China and AsiaManage all advancing details including:Artist visas and travel documentationGround transportation and hotel arrangementsBackstage hospitality ridersMarketing asset requests and approvalsCoordinate directly with production, marketing, and hospitality departments to ensure seamless execution on show daysTravel to China multiple times per year to oversee on-site logistics and artist relationsLocationThis is a remote position, open to qualified candidates globally.
