Title: Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster Company: Gallagher Location: Remote (California jurisdiction) Role Overview This role supports clients through complex workers compensation claims, providing empathic and precise resolution in a fast"‘paced environment. The position requires strong partnership skills, analytical decision"‘making, and proficiency in California workers compensation rules. Key Responsibilities Execute decision"‘making to analyze claims exposure, plan and resolve claims in accordance with statutory and company policies. Interact extensively with claimants, attorneys, medical providers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution. Provide exceptional customer service, exhibiting empathy throughout the claims process. Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain ethical standards. Qualifications Minimum of 3"‘5 years of hands"‘on workers compensation adjusting experience (including lost time/indemnity desk and litigation). California jurisdiction experience and valid California designation (current CE hours). SIP license optional. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience. Proficiency with claims and business software. Strong analytical, problem"‘solving, and prioritization skills.
