We specialize in program management, quality engineering, data & cloud, and AI-enabled delivery, providing both consulting services and hard-to-find contract/FTE talent. We sell outcomes, not resumes. The Role We are hiring a Senior Account Executive / Business Development Manager to drive net-new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion. This is a quota-carrying, high-impact role for someone who thrives in enterprise sales, builds strong executive relationships, and can sell both consulting and staffing solutions in complex environments. You will own deals end-to-end and work closely with leadership, recruiting, and delivery teams. What You'll Do Drive net-new enterprise and public-sector business Sell across consulting and talent solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, FTE) Build relationships with Director, VP, CIO, PMO, and Procurement stakeholders Expand accounts into multi-role, multi-team engagements Manage pipeline, forecasts, and CRM with strong discipline What We're Looking For 5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing Proven success closing mid-market to enterprise deals Experience selling contract staffing and/or consulting services Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills Hunter mindset with ability to expand and grow accounts Nice to Have Experience with VMS/MSP platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, ServiceNow) Experience selling into technology, retail, life sciences, or public sector Existing enterprise relationships Why Progile Tech High-impact role with direct access to leadership Fast-paced environment with no bureaucracy Uncapped earning potential Clear growth path to Sales Director / VP Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
