This role sits at the core of our global community strategy"”supporting operations, regional contributors, grants, and reporting systems to ensure execution at scale. As a key partner to the Head of Community, you'll be instrumental in driving operational excellence, strengthening contributor support, and surfacing insights that influence product, marketing, and ecosystem priorities.This role reports to the Aptos Foundation.Key Responsibilities:Community Ops & Reporting:Partner with the Global CM reporting lead to manage weekly reporting systems across 15+ regional CMsMaintain Airtable, Notion, and Google Sheet dashboards to track program milestones, sentiment, and engagementTrack and report on community OKRs to align with broader team goalsEnsure internal tools and documentation are up-to-date, including calendars and event trackersProgram & Regional CM Support:Provide playbook guidance and operational support to regional CMs to increase participation and executionIdentify under-resourced regions and help activate programming through toolkits, guidance, or executional supportAssist in onboarding, documentation, and tracking for the Aptos Collective and regional CM contributionsSupport internal communications across the 15+person part-time CM team to surface wins and risksSupport the newly launched Community Grants program by tracking over regional events and content creatorsAssist in evaluating applications, following up on deliverables, and maintaining grant dashboardsCoordinate reporting for grant outcomes and recommend process improvementsResearch & Experimentation:Help research and support pilot programs for new community verticals (e.g., NFTs, creator initiatives)Support early stage experiments in content, programs, and partnershipsCross-functional Communication:Provide regular updates to the Head of Community and relevant stakeholders across ecosystem, product, and marketingDraft summaries, compile data, and help create reports that drive internal alignmentQualifications:3-6 years of experience in community operations, ecosystem support, or program management rolesProven ability to support or scale distributed community teams, including event execution and contributor onboardingDeep familiarity with crypto and Web3 culture, including current narratives, ecosystem dynamics, and community tooling (e.g., Discord bots, TG moderation, Twitter/X workflows)Experience with ambassador programs, community campaigns, or grants evaluation and trackingOperational rigor with a growth mindset; you understand how to track impact and optimize for engagement and contributionStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize community feedback into actionable insightsComfortable using Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, and async collaboration toolsClear communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders across time zonesWhy This Role is Exciting:Help scale one of the most distributed and engaged communities in cryptoWork alongside the Head of Community with visibility across product, marketing, and ecosystemShape internal operations while empowering 15+ community contributors around the world100% insurance premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents (US Employees)Equipment of your choiceFlexible vacation time, 11 holidays, and floating company days offEquity (RSUs) (US employees)401k matching (US Employees)Fun and inclusive in-person and digital eventsAptos is committed to diversity in the workplace, and we're proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
