OverviewTerritory Manager "” This is an individual contributor sales role focused on generating new business, developing local partnerships, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The Territory Manager will focus on the Southern California region, and candidates must be self-starters with sales experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication and follow-up skills. Location: Remote, located in the Greater Northern California area (preferably commutable to the Pacific Palisades area) to be considered for this role.About Frontline Wildfire DefenseFounded in 2017 by landscape ecologist and fire mitigation expert Harry Statter, Frontline developed the first fully integrated wildfire defense system to stop ember-driven ignition. The system combines exterior sprinklers, full-coverage design, and connected software for remote monitoring and response, allowing homes to protect themselves long after families evacuate or infrastructure fails.Proven effective during the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires, 96% of homes with Frontline systems survived. We're building a mission-driven team creating real-world solutions in wildfire safety and climate tech.About This OpportunityWe're looking to add a new Territory Manager to our team to help generate new business. This is an individual contributor sales role where you will help prospective customers, develop local partnerships, and provide an incredible customer experience.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentBuild and maintain a sales pipeline of potential customers, from prospecting to installationSelf-generate new customer relationships and sales appointmentsManage sales pipeline and generate new business opportunitiesConduct in-person site visits and sales consultations with potential customersConduct face-to-face meetings with customers and provide detailed consultationsGenerate prospective customer designs, proposals, and contractsCustomer Education & SupportEducate customers on defensible space and wildfire defense systemsEducate clients about wildfire risks and our prevention systemsProvide ongoing customer support and maintain high satisfaction levelsProvide an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to installation and beyondCoordinate with the Project Management and Installation Teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and successful installationsWork closely with the Sales & Marketing Leadership team to execute Sales and Operating plans for your regionCollaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate installationsRelationship BuildingDevelop strategic partnerships with local stakeholders, fire departments, insurance partners, and other key organizationsCRM & ReportingMaintain records within our CRM system to report updates and outcomesTrack all sales and customer interactions through CRM toolsTraining & DevelopmentAttend in-person and virtual trainings, meetings, and events as requiredQualificationsMust-Have3-5+ years experience and proven track record in an individual contributor sales role with consumers and/or businesses, preferably in the Construction, Energy, or Consumer Products industryExperience in in-home or consumer product salesMust be located in the Northern California area to be considered for this role.
