Full Stack Engineer

Prediktive -Latin America, LATAM, United StatesWe are looking for a Full Stack Engineer based in Latin America to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Software Development company, based in Los Angeles, CA.Our client's platform is a mobile first CMMS, EAM & IIoT suite of solutions that helps teams streamline work orders, track assets, and schedule preventive maintenance, all in one place.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end technical architecture of critical systems serving our client's users, ensuring scalability, resilience, and long-term maintainability.Lead the design and architectural direction of major software components and cross-team initiatives.Translate product and business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with long-term strategy.Drive architectural reviews and technical decision-making across squads.Identify and resolve system-wide bottlenecks, performance issues, and scalability constraints, implementing robust solutions with proper testing coverage.Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including code quality standards, testing strategies, and deployment reliability.Lead and actively participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality and secure code across the organization.Mentor and develop engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, and career growth support.Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps to align technical solutions with business objectives.Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational excellence.Ensure comprehensive system documentation and knowledge-sharing practices.Act as a technical escalation point for complex production issues and architectural challenges.RequirementsAdvanced Level of English.5+ years building production systems with React.js and Node.js, including ownership of architecture and design decisions.Proven experience leading the development of complex, distributed systems from architecture to production.Strong experience designing and evolving APIs and data models using GraphQL, PostgresDB, and/or MongoDB.Demonstrated experience operating high-traffic web services at scale, including performance tuning and reliability engineering.Experience defining and evolving engineering standards, code review processes, and testing strategies at a team or organizational level.Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) in production environments.Experience driving technical initiatives across teams and influencing engineering roadmaps.Proven ability to mentor engineers and elevate overall team performance.Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset.Experience participating in or leading architectural RFCs and technical design documents.Bonus PointsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related fields.What we offerLong term positionsCompensation in USDPaid time offCool clients and productsWork with great engineers4techPosted: Thursday, February 12, 2026Job # 1274 #J-18808-Ljbffr
