These systems combine physics-based models, process data, and machine learning to deliver real-time decision intelligence for complex industrial operations.This is a customer-facing, solution design and delivery role focused on turning complex industrial challenges into scalable Physics-AI workflows that generate measurable business value. The Solutions Architect leads technical discovery, designs computational workflows, and ensures solutions are robust, scalable, and ready for deployment in production environments.You'll collaborate closely with customer domain experts, ML Engineers, and the product team to turn simulation models and data pipelines into operational AI systems that deliver measurable impact to customer operations.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do• Lead technical solution design for customer projects, collaborating closely with customer engineering and operations teams to ensure solution alignment with technical and business requirements.• Translate customer engineering challenges into computational workflows that leverage the Geminus platform to combine physics-based simulations and machine learning to power real-time decision systems.• Collaborate with ML Engineers to define data flows and integration requirements across, simulators, models, optimizers, and runtime systems.• Develop and manage pilots and proofs-of-value (PoV) projects demonstrating technical feasibility and expected business impact.• Support deployment and scale-up of validated solutions into production environments.• Create and maintain reference architectures, integration templates, and best practices for future customer solutions.• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Engineering, Applied Physics, or Computational Science.• 5+ years experience designing, implementing, or deploying computational or data-driven systems in industrial or energy domains.• Strong background in physics-based simulation and numerical methods (e.g., process simulation, CFD, dynamic systems).• Familiarity with industrial simulation platforms (e.g., AspenTech, AVEVA, Siemens) and their integration with AI workflows.• Understanding of real-time optimization, digital twins, and decision support systems in operational settings.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in customer-facing settings.• Experience in technical consulting, solution delivery, or pre-sales engineering is highly valued.• Bonus: Experience in early-stage rapid-growth technology environments.Additional Notes• Ability to travel for customer meetings (10-20%, mostly regional)• U.S. work authorization requiredWhy Join Us?At Geminus, you will lead the next frontier of AI adoption in the Energy industry, shaping how operations leverage real-time intelligence at scale.
