The CRM Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day management and integrity of the organization's CRM system. This entry-level role focuses on data accuracy, gift processing, reporting support, and internal user assistance to ensure reliable donor and stakeholder information. What We're Looking For: ✔ Associate or bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) ✔ Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset ✔ Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data imports/exports ✔ Excellent organizational and collaborative skills ✔ Strong communication abilities ✔ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team What you will do: Key Responsibilities Data Management Enter, update, and maintain constituent and donor records Process gifts and pledges accurately and in a timely manner Conduct data audits and resolve duplicate or incomplete records Reporting Support Generate standard reports for fundraising and leadership Prepare lists for campaigns, mailings, and events Support data needs for appeals and donor communications System Support Provide basic CRM support to staff Assist with documentation and system updates Support data imports and cleanup projects Compliance Ensure accurate gift coding and policy adherence Support reconciliation with finance systems Mail Pick-Up & Checks Processing Perform daily mail pickup from two locations (Palo Alto and San Jose) Deposit checks at the bank in a timely manner Scan received mail and maintain organized digital records Provide regular reports on received and deposited donations Would be a plus: ✔ Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, HubSpot) preferred ✔ Nonprofit or fundraising experience is a plus Working Conditions: ✔ Full-time, remote position ✔ Location: preferably based in the San Francisco Bay Area ✔ Reports to: CRM Manager / Director of Development Operations We will be happy to receive your CV and consider your candidacy.
