The role is well suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting where initiative, ownership, and analytical thinking are highly valued.ResponsibilitiesServe as a key contributor within the Corporate FP&A team, partnering with senior leadership to support strategic decision makingAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple business unitsPrepare monthly financial reporting packages used by executive leadershipBuild and maintain dynamic financial models to support forecasting and business analysisPerform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadershipPartner cross-functionally with operations and business leaders to manage expenses and improve financial visibilitySupport process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalabilityAssist in preparation of executive presentations and board-level materialsCollaborate with business intelligence teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrityComplete ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & AnalysisExperience supporting budgeting and forecasting cyclesStrong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detailAdvanced Excel skills and financial modeling experienceAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation developmentAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
