You will join our high-performing recruiting team and manage full-cycle recruiting processes to close world-class technical talent.What you'll doPartner with our Head of Engineering and Engineering Managers on hiring for EPDManage full-cycle recruiting processMaintain strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacyActively source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit for stage and companyDevelop creative strategies for engaging top talent through outbound prospecting, company marketing, networking, referrals, and eventsLeverage trends, data, research, networks, and your own industry knowledge to know where to go to find exceptional candidates for HexBuild a solid understanding of Hex's business and culture in order to craft thoughtful, high-quality messagingCollaborate with the team to expand and elevate our top-of-funnel strategiesFacilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadershipManage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, finance and HR teamsContinuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting processWhat you'll bring4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and company fitTech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies for niche technical rolesConsultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organizationProficiency sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniquesExpertise in leveraging Gem and Greenhouse to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelinesIn addition to our unique culture, Hex proudly offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched salary & equity, comprehensive health benefits, and flexible paid time off.The salary range for this role is: $144,000 - $165,000The salary range shown may be a reflection of additional factors such as geographical location and skill ranges/levels we're open to. Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process, taking into account factors like leaving room for growth, internal fairness & parity, your demonstrated skills, and the depth of your experience.
