SAP PowerPlan Consultant

Overview PowerPlan SAP consultant role focusing on understanding the PowerPlan business solution, expanding knowledge of component modules, and developing technical skills in primary and secondary development tools. The role includes providing support for PowerPlan applications and contributing to operational initiatives as PowerPlan evolves. Responsibilities Gain understanding of the business solution the PowerPlan application solves for customers. Expand knowledge into a deeper understanding of 1 to 2 component modules of the PowerPlan Application. Develop and maintain technical skills in PowerPlan primary development tools (SQL, PowerBuilder, .NET) and secondary development tools as needed (C, ABAP, etc.). Provide support for PowerPlan application. Hands-on experience working on or with capital projects, capital budgets and fixed asset accounting, or business tax software. Experience with key enterprise applications, including ERP, EAM. Experience running and delivering enterprise level software applications solutions, including ERP and EAM (e.g., SAP). Experience using and/or implementing PowerPlan products. As PowerPlan evolves, provide input into operational initiatives to improve the team. Demonstrate a positive team attitude to contribute to the success of the team and/or PowerPlan initiatives. Qualifications Hands-on experience with PowerPlan and related tools as described above. Experience with capital projects, capital budgeting and fixed asset accounting, or business tax software. Experience with ERP/EAM and other enterprise applications (e.g., SAP). Ability to learn and expand knowledge of PowerPlan modules.
