Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant - Remote Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant - Remote Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team for a 12+ month contract. The role involves configuring Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud from scratch, managing payroll configuration, US taxation, fast formulas, benefits, and OTL integrations. Responsibilities Configure Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud applications from scratch. Implement payroll features, including earnings, deductions, US taxation, fast formulas. Integrate payroll with benefits and OTL systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate payroll processing. Document configuration and provide knowledge transfer. Qualifications Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation. Strong knowledge of US payroll taxation and payroll fast formulas. Experience configuring Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud, including benefits and OTL integrations. Excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented and capable of delivering quality configurations.
