Role OverviewWe are looking for an Account Executive to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a sales strategy and building out a team of BDRs across mid-market and SMB sales. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing the next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.ResponsibilitiesManage the sales process to ensure delivery against metricsReach out to brands via personalized outreach through emails, calls, and other mediumsWork with your dedicated BDR to generate and qualify leads through the outbound processWork alongside dedicated outbound sales representatives to schedule and prepare for new business meetingsCreate narratives for sales campaigns based on market research and sales engagement metricsEngage in new client relationships by developing target customers at the C-suite, VP, and Director level at SMB and Mid-market ecommerce companiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in Salesforce, ensuring data hygieneUnderstand data to create sales forecasts accurately, knowing what to work on and where to leverage support to close business.Skills and QualificationsCandidates who have a 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in Martech/Ecommerce fieldStrategic individuals with previous Start-up experience (essential)Working experience using or other CRM and tools like outreach.ioOwn all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goalsStrong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actionsJob type: Full time, Monday- Friday, 9 am - 7 pm (EST or PST preferred)Location of work: Remote, Work from home #J-18808-Ljbffr
