Work closely with Sales to convert interest into customers in a lean, high-velocity Marketing team.What You'll DoPrograms & CampaignsExecute targeted digital campaigns for security leaders and developersBuild/optimize landing pages, ad creative, offers, and messagingTest channels, audiences, and creatives to maximize performanceManage budgets with focus on CPL and pipeline ROISupport field events and onsite programsLead Nurture & LifecycleDesign persona- and stage-specific nurture sequencesImplement/refine lead scoring and qualificationOwn HubSpot workflows, automations, and sequencesConvert PLG and sales-led leads into pipelineReporting & OperationsDeliver weekly pipeline reports by channel/campaignData & ExecutionAnalyze metrics to identify gaps and optimize quicklyOwn CPL, conversion, and pipeline trackingTest and scale high-performing tacticsWho You Are5+ years B2B demand gen (security or dev tools preferred)Hands-on with HubSpot or similar automation platformsExperience running paid campaigns, ABM, conferences/eventsProven funnel ownership with revenue impact focusData-driven; turns CRM/community analytics into campaignsPreferredSecurity buyer marketing (AppSec, CISOs)SEO/SEM knowledgeFast-growth startup or open-source GTM background #J-18808-Ljbffr
