SAP Workforce Management / EAM Functional Analyst (Ref: 5543) Location: RemoteDuration: 12 monthsRole Description: Support enterprise work management operations as part of the CCS+WM stream, handling, monitoring, triage, and routine ticket resolution tied to enterprise work management. Key Responsibilities Participate in production support inbox monitoring for enterprise work management, triage tickets, resolve routine issues, and route complex issues. Support SAP PM/EAM-related functional work (explicitly in-scope) as needed. Produce and maintain runbooks/SOPs for monitoring and repeatable fixes (all activities ticketed). Required Qualifications 5+ years of SAP EAM/PM or work management functional experience in production support. Strong triage mindset: validate ticket completeness, reproduce issues, identify workaround vs permanent fix. Experience with operational monitoring and reporting. Preferred Qualifications Utility-sector work management experience. Familiarity with UIQ monitoring/reporting workflows (SMUD references UIQ monitoring tasks).
