The Priority Responder provides direct sales and client-facing services related to emergency restoration, reconstruction, remediation, and hazardous material abatement services, operating strictly as an independent contractor.The contractor retains exclusive control over the manner, timing, and means of performing services and exercises independent judgment in pursuing business opportunities and responding to loss situations. This engagement is results-oriented and does not involve supervision, training, or control by the Company.Scope of Contracted ServicesConsistent With The Independent Contractor Agreement, Services May IncludeIndependently sourcing, developing, and securing new business opportunities for emergency restoration servicesCommunicating available services to property owners, managers, and insurance professionalsResponding to loss events at the contractor's discretion, based on availability and business judgmentFacilitating execution of service agreements to initiate restoration workCoordinating with Company operations teams for service handoff after agreements are securedPerforming services using contractor's own methods, tools, vehicles, and resourcesMaintaining compliance with all applicable licensing, insurance, and legal requirementsContractor QualificationsExperience in outside sales, B2B sales, or service-based salesAbility to operate independently with minimal directionStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable working in urgent or time-sensitive environmentsAbility to perform services for other clients, consistent with the AgreementMaintenance of required business licenses and insurance coverageCompensationCommission-based compensation as defined in the Independent Contractor AgreementCompensation is based solely on results and revenue generatedNo salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed minimum compensationNo cap on earning potentialIndependent Contractor RelationshipThis engagement is intended to create an independent contractor relationship only, as defined under applicable federal, state, and local law.Contractors Are Solely Responsible ForTaxes and reportingInsurance and licensingBusiness expenses and toolsCompliance with all applicable lawsNo benefits, employment rights, or employee protections apply to this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
