Compensation Structure Referral Model: 10% of recurring safety service revenue Paid monthly For the first 24 months Year 3 reduces to 25% of the original 10% (Ongoing residual for 36 total months) Example: If a fleet signs a $8,000/month safety agreement: You earn $800/month For 24 months Then $200/month in year 3 One deal could generate $20,000+ in total commission over time.
