The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data integrations, financial transformations, and reporting solutions that enhance financial visibility and streamline accounting processes.# # # **What you'll do:****Workday Prism Analytics*** Design, build, and maintain Prism data pipelines (data sourcing, blending, transformation, and publishing).* Load and transform large datasets into Workday using Prism.* Develop calculated fields, custom datasets, and dashboards.* Create financial and operational reports leveraging Prism data.* Optimize performance of Prism datasets and manage data security.* Support finance and reporting teams with advanced analytics solutions.**Workday Accounting Center (WAC)*** Configure Accounting Center transformations and rules.* Design and implement accounting mappings and posting logic.* Build and maintain Accounting Rules, Journal Sources, and Journal Line Rules.* Support inbound integrations from sub-ledgers or external systems.* Troubleshoot journal generation and reconciliation issues.* Partner with Finance to ensure accurate ledger postings.**Integration & Data Management*** Develop and support EIBs, Core Connectors, and custom integrations.* Manage data loads, transformations, and validation processes.* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and audit compliance.* Support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT).**Collaboration & Support*** Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders.* Participate in requirement gathering and solution design workshops.* Provide production support and issue resolution.* Document configurations and business processes.* Support Workday releases and enhancements.# **What we are looking for:*** 10+ years of Overall experience. 5/6 Years of Workday experience* Hands-on experience with: + Workday Prism Analytics + Workday Accounting Center + Workday Financials* Strong understanding of accounting principles (GL, journals, reconciliation).* Experience building accounting rules and transformations.* Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio preferred).* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**Key Skills*** Financial data transformation* Accounting rule configuration* Data modeling and analytics* Integration design* Stakeholder communication* Testing & deployment support**Our Values**All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
