Senior Financial Analyst

Job Overview We're hiring a Remote Senior Financial Analyst in the Cincinnati, Ohio Area! Benefits may vary depending on location policy. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy. Responsibilities Prepare monthly accounting transactions and reports. Responsible for closing contracts by making proper accounting adjustments and analyzing variance to budget. Support VP of Finance with analysis of significant trends within the organization. Publish recurring reports to help highlight areas of concern. Provide financial support and analysis to finance and operations leaders, playing a key role in achieving financial objectives and executing operations strategies. Prepare client invoices in compliance with the client's contractual requirements. Assist with the annual budget process and the preparation of the bid model/pricing for new business. Provide training to operations teams on financial processes. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent required. CPA and/or MBA preferred. 6+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn additional systems quickly. Knowledge of Oracle/JD Edwards and Hyperion is highly preferred. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company need. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines. Strong communication and analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 10%). Physical Requirements Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
