Posted Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 1:00 PMSenior Account ExecutiveABOUT THE ROLESuccessfully identify, qualify and secure DMC business opportunities in the Phoenix MarketContribute to the company's sales growth and achievement of financial goalsEnsure financial efficiency by achieving individual sales goal and ensuring profitable program GOPUnderstand and successfully sell the MC&A product and its benefitsCollaborate with National Sales Team on RFPs for Phoenix market to include defining project scope, proposal and budget development, site inspections and project managementConduct virtual and/or in-person capabilities presentations to clients and/or hoteliersSuccessfully manage a diverse portfolio of projects/programs in cooperation with Sales Account Coordinators, Creative Services and Operations Teams and continue to support through program completion and reconciliationDemonstrate ownership of project and provide assigned team with leadership and direction to ensure milestones are met throughout the lifecycle of the programPrioritize tasks and allocate resources accordingly to maximize business growth and ROISecure Business Development opportunities through referrals to other MC&A offices and affiliatesSpearhead local hotel/resort referral and partnership opportunitiesRepresent MC&A in the marketplace via involvement in industry memberships, tradeshows (may require travel) and attendance at local industry eventsMentor and train Account Executives in department as neededProvide ongoing support, direction and collaboration to Las Vegas AEs, PMs and ACs as neededEnsure that MC&A services and product offerings support current trends and demands of our clientsIdentify strategic selling techniques to meet sales objectives and maintain profitable program marginSubmit accurate and timely monthly reports as requested by managementABOUT YOUMinimum 5+ years experience in DMC sales preferredBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration preferred (or equivalent experience in the industry)Strong knowledge of Las Vegas marketAbility to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to easily adapt to other software programs (ie - VIPER, CRM, etc.)Ability to influence clients and sell broad range of MC&A servicesStrategic thinker and rational decision makerExcellent negotiation and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills: ability to lead as well as participate as a member of a team; ethical and respectfulExcellent judgment and conflict resolution skillsSelf-directedAbility to work independently and responsibly in a remote work modelExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as neededTravel will be requiredMC&A offers full medical, dental and vision benefits to full time employees, in addition to 401(K) and income protection options.MC&A provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
