Healthcare IT Project Manager- Integration Lead

TEEMA is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager - Solutions Integration Lead to support a large-scale healthcare IT integration initiative. This role will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solution integrations within an Athena EMR implementation environment, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and technical readiness are met across multiple stakeholders.This is a remote position, with limited on-site support required during critical Go-Live phases.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn overall project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path for solution integrationsLead coordination of integration activities across technical, operational, and vendor teamsTrack deliverables, risks, issues, constraints, and mitigation plansEnsure integration readiness across systems, workflows, and data flowsFacilitate regular project meetings, status updates, working sessions, and executive readoutsManage stakeholder communication and escalation as neededPartner closely with IT, operations, and third-party vendors to ensure successful executionSupport Go-Live activities and post-implementation stabilizationRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in IT project management or healthcare technology deliveryHands-on experience with Athena EMR implementations (required)Strong background in system integrations within healthcare environmentsProven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projectsExperience working with multiple vendors and technical teamsStrong documentation, communication, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with healthcare systems such as PACS, MRI, or clinical workflows preferredPrimarily remoteSome on-site support may be required during Go-Live periods (anticipated in summer months)Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Why Work with TEEMACompetitive hourly payHigh-impact healthcare IT projectRemote flexibilityOpportunity to work with enterprise-level systems and integrations #J-18808-Ljbffr
