Position Summary The Cyber Security Engineer will be involved in the design and implementation of security software, industry best practices as well as researching, reviewing, and implementing security policies at the Enterprise level. This position offers the opportunity to learn new technologies and solve challenging problems as an integral part of the Information Security team which is focused on protecting InEight's employees, customers, assets, and data. Duties & Responsibilities Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organizations data, systems, and networks Represents Security Platform in development and implementation of the overall global cloud architecture The ability to balance the long-term "big picture" and short-term implications of individual decisions Experience in multiple areas of IT Security Architecture, alongside delivery of complex multi-layered secure environments including on-premises, Cloud, and 3rd party IT deployments Troubleshooting security and network problems Responding to all system and/or network security breaches Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls Participating in the change management process Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities Daily administrative tasks, reporting and communication with the relevant departments in the organization Responsible for providing technical documentation for system, features, and components Expected to improve, enhance, and support existing operations Support team initiatives and practices by actively participating in operations meetings Understand and report on monitoring logs Requirements & Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related discipline 3-5 years of work experience with incident detection, incident response and forensics Experience with Firewalls, routers, and switches (functionality and maintenance), Office 365 Security, Azure Public Cloud and Endpoint Security Knowledge and working experience of OATH 2.0, SAML 2.0 standards Experience in providing single sign-on to Cloud based applications Experience with SIEM technologies and compliance regulations Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong MS office skills (Excel, Access, Project, etc.) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work independently and communicate risks or potential problems to manager InEight Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, (EOE) and will consider all applications without regard to race, marital status, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
