This position is remote, based in Bentonville, AK.About the RoleAs Sr. National Account Manager, Walmart (Seasonal), you'll lead category growth by owning the buyer relationship and driving execution across distribution, pricing, shelving, and promotions. You'll collaborate with your Team Lead to set and meet performance targets, manage forecast accuracy, and analyze promotional ROI to optimize results. You'll play a strategic role in Joint Business Planning, support key initiatives, and identify new opportunities to expand the business. Your ability to use data, think creatively, and build strong partnerships will be essential to delivering revenue, profit, and share goals in a fast-paced retail environment.This position is remote, based in Bentonville, AK.Main ResponsibilitiesMeet Key Account category distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandising goals; work with Team Lead to set targetsOwn relationship with Walmart category buyer; execute formalized, value-added engagement plan with established feedback loop to act on customer inputManage price-point vs. objectives and promotionsDevelop and execute promotional plans at Walmart in category; conduct post-promotional analysis (ROI)Meet Walmart category revenue, volume, growth, profit and share targets; work with Team Lead to set targetsDevelop accurate SKU-level forecasts each month based on expected demand, seasons, promotionsProvide monthly and year-out forecasts to Replenishment Analyst; own forecast accuracy for Walmart with feedback loop when forecasts are not correctProvide category input during JBP process; Support execution against strategic initiatives and commitments at Walmart in category; Identify strategic sales opportunitiesUse trade judiciously to drive demand at Walmart in categoryIdentify medium and long-term business opportunities at Walmart in category and flag to Team LeadWork collaboratively to develop innovative and insightful content to drive category growthUpdate Team Lead on status of business relationship with Walmart BuyerWho we are looking forAt least 5 years of Sales, Account Management, Merchandising, and/or Category Management experience is requiredBachelor's Degree is required, MBA is preferredExperience managing Walmart account as Account Manager or Customer Development ManagerInterpersonal skills to interface effectively with the necessary stakeholdersStrategic and proactive thinking to develop sales strategies and translate them into distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandising achievements to close gaps and increase salesStrong data analytic skills to monitor, track and proactively address customer performance as well as understand contribution of Walmart with respect to seasonal volume, assortment, performance and distribution; report and track accounts as a contribution to the overall Walmart Inc teamEffective storytelling competencies to present key insights in front of internal and external stakeholdersGlobal mindset and desire to build a successful career with a growing global companyHow to be successful in the role and at FerreroConsumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
