Your insight and dedication will help deepen and broaden clinical knowledge of our company's innovative technologies, while creating connections between providers and teams across our businesses to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care.The Manager, EVOQUE Sales Training, TMTT (SME) will develop and lead the execution of clinical and technical sales training programs, including lab-based and case-based training.This role is open to US based remote candidatesYou'll make an impact by:Develop and lead the execution of clinical and technical sales training programs, including lab-based and case-based training.Own execution of Clinical and/or Imaging Specialist training, including sign-off on for clinical certification.Create and contribute to training efforts, including content development, for further development of the new hire field training programMeasure effectiveness of programs through post-meeting survey instruments, field feedback and KOL review, develop plan to address concerns, and lead the implementation of solutionsProvide SME support for casesCollaborate with management team to ensure training objectives are met with consistency and in compliance with the sales training strategyWhat you'll need (required):Bachelor's Degree in a related field, plus 8 years of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria ORMaster's Degree in related field, plus 6 years previous related medical device and/or clinical experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteriaAbility to travel up to 50%What else we look for (preferred):Previous Structural Heart expPrior successful experience as a trainer in clinical and/or sales roleExcellent facilitation and presentation skillsProven successful project management skillsDemonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement training and field adoption strategies, convert these into tactical roll-out plans and deliver results with a specific emphasis on market strategy and new product launches.Understanding of related aspects of sales training processes and/or systemsProven expertise in MS Office Suite and related systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative, influencing, and relationship management skillsAbility to work well in a multi-cultural environment and matrix organization.Ability to relate to physicians, nurses, and senior-level healthcare managersExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExtensive knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to clinical educationExtensive understanding of cardiovascular scienceExtensive understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiologyExtensive understanding of medical device regulatory requirements and documents, device accountability and adverse events reportingAbility to manage confidential information with discretionAdhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codesStrict attention to detailAbility to interact professionally with all organizational levelsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environmentMust be able to work in a team environment, including serving as consultant to management.Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/controlAligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.The base pay range for this position is $157,000 - $223,000 (highly experienced).The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., geographic location, qualifications, education, prior experience).
