Coverage Needed Start Date: As soon as credentialed End Date: Ongoing Schedule: Weekdays: 9am-7pm and 8am-4pm Weekends: 12 hour shifts, 7am-7pm Clinical Details Anesthetizing Sites: 12 ORs/9 NORA Number of Surgical Cases per Year: 9,000 Anesthesia Model: 9 MDs / 16 APPs MD:CRNA Ratio: 1:3, care team model Physicians do 99% supervision; self-performing cases is uncommon Physicians present for induction and emergence, participate in post-op care, and pre-op evaluation Hands on practice Types of Cases: Level II Trauma, Ortho, Spine, Vascular, limited Neuro, Endo, EP Lab No OB or Transplants EMR: Medaxion for anesthesia charting, Meditech for reviewing patient records Requirements Must be board certified
