Prime Therapeutics (Prime) is a Pharmacy Benefit Management company focused on connecting care for those we serve.Product Analyst - RemoteThe Product Analyst is responsible for delivering moderately complex solution products that drive value for our customers. This role is part of a Product Team and collaborates with Scrum Masters, Solution Product Owners, Engineers and Quality Analysts to fulfill solution product goals, ensuring solutions align with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other success measurements.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the solution design ensuring the outcome delivers business value, working closely with Solution Product Owners and engineers to validate designs, facilitate demos and product team iterative reviews, including active involvement in system design.Create detailed user stories for developers and quality analysts with clear acceptance criteria, identifying and acquiring the data needed for development and terface with external teams to understand acceptance criteria, merge findings and design to deliver the optimal solution.Participate in system demos and Inspect and Adapt events to drive improvements in the Agile Release Team.Accept or reject work results and approve user"‘story completion.Analyze data, design data models, review data-model quality and assist with database design through engagement with Architects.Perform cross"‘functional duties as necessary.Other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED required.Two years of experience or education in analysis, business process change or similar experience.Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for visa or residency sponsorship.Additional QualificationsExperience building strong collaborative relationships.Demonstrated ability to practice continuous integration, iterative development, and outcomes"‘based delivery.Ability to exercise independent judgment to determine analysis methods and techniques for obtaining results.Able to work effectively with ambiguity and in a fast"‘paced/high"‘change environment.Preferred QualificationsPrevious Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare experience with understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, the Exchanges and regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA and/or PCI and PHI).Experience working in an internal or commercial software development organization with Agile software development life cycle experience.Understanding of security implications of the domain.Experience in the given product domain; understanding of business processes and workflows.Potential pay for this position ranges from $66,000.00 - $106,000.00 based on experience and skills.Prime Therapeutics LLC is a Tobacco"‘Free Workplace employer.Prime Therapeutics LLC is proud to be an equal"‘opportunity and affirmative action employer.
