Senior Brand Designer - Superpower | San Francisco (Remote Eligible) About the Role Superpower is hiring a Senior Brand Designer to own how the company looks, feels, and shows up in the world. This high"‘visibility role will lead brand evolution across every touchpoint "” from product launches and campaigns to social, editorial, and environmental design. You'll define and evolve the visual system that makes Superpower instantly recognizable, designing across mediums and collaborating directly with founders and cross"‘functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead design across brand moments (product launches, campaigns, events, partnerships) Design across web, social, print, packaging, editorial, and motion Build and evolve brand systems (toolkits, templates, guidelines, asset libraries) Collaborate with founders, product designers, engineers, and growth teams Concept and execute creative work that pushes boundaries Prototype with AI and emerging tools to expand creative range Maintain high standards of visual quality across all brand surfaces Candidate Requirements 6-8+ years of brand, visual, or marketing design experience (startup, DTC, or agency) Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and one"‘off craft Deep expertise in typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling Fluency in Figma; motion, 3D, or code skills are a plus Experience using AI tools in creative workflows Low ego, collaborative mindset, and high standards Nice to Have Experience in health, wellness, or mission"‘driven brands Experience leading rebrands or building brand systems from scratch Illustration, 3D, or generative design skills Compensation and Benefits Salary: $120,000-$180,000/year (San Francisco base range; adjusted for other locations) Equity opportunities Visa sponsorship and relocation support available Competitive benefits package Location San Francisco preferred; remote (US) considered for exceptional candidates.
