OverviewAs a CRNA at our prestigious hospital, you will provide safe, effective anesthesia services for various surgical and procedural cases, including trauma, neuro/spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, pediatrics, plastics, orthopedics, and robotics. You'll operate within a medically directed model, managing anesthesia independently with close collaboration. Required Skills Valid PA RN license and current CRNA certificationCertified in ACLS and PALSProficient in GETA, MAC, regional anesthesia, spinal, and US techniquesMinimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice preferredStrong clinical judgment and attention to detailAbility to work independently within a medically directed model (1:3, max 1:4)Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsNice to Have Skills Experience with epidural placements without physician presentFamiliarity with Epic EMR systemPrior experience in high-volume or Level I Trauma centersAdditional certifications related to anesthesia or patient safetyPreferred Education and Experience Graduate of a recognized Nurse Anesthesia program with a master's or doctoral degreeAt least 2 years of post-certification clinical experience in diverse anesthesia settingsOther Requirements Valid PA license requiredAbility to credential within approximately 90 days (expedited credentialing possible with leadership approval)Willingness to work night shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AMNo DEA registration requiredNo overtime for this position; full-time coverage with model: modeled under medically directed anesthesia (1:3, max 1:4)This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment.
