The role functions as a true owner's representative on behalf of the contractor, with direct responsibility for financial performance, client relationships, and delivery outcomes.Depending on experience, this role may be positioned as either a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee complex mechanical HVAC, plumbing, and process piping scopes on active airport projectsMaintain full responsibility for project profitability, forecasting, and cost controlsServe as the primary point of contact with LAWA, owners, GCs, engineers, and inspectorsDrive preconstruction efforts including budgeting, schedules, phasing plans, and constructability reviewsManage senior PMs, project teams, and field leadership to ensure safe, on-schedule executionNavigate work in occupied, secure, and highly regulated environments with minimal operational disruptionOversee contract administration, change management, procurement strategy, and risk mitigationChampion safety, quality, and compliance across all project phasesRequired Experience10+ years of experience in mechanical construction project leadershipProven delivery of large, complex commercial or infrastructure projects ($25M+ mechanical scope preferred)Prior airport or aviation construction experience strongly preferredDeep knowledge of design-build and design-assist delivery modelsExperience working with union mechanical tradesStrong command of financial controls, contract strategy, and executive-level communicationLocationGardena, CA, with consistent on-site presence at Los Angeles World AirportsInterested in hearing more?
