This is a hands-on role focused on optimizing machine performance, improving part quality, and keeping production running efficiently.Why join us?Stable, growing company with strong leadershipClean, well-maintained facilityOpportunity to make a real impact on production and qualityCompetitive pay, overtime, and full benefits packageJob DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesSet up, start up, and optimize injection molding machines and auxiliary equipmentAdjust and dial in processing parameters including temperature, pressure, and cycle timesTroubleshoot molding defects such as short shots, flash, warping, and sinkPerform mold changes and support tool startupsMonitor production runs and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality standardsWork closely with maintenance and tooling teams to resolve mechanical or process issuesDocument process changes and support continuous improvement effortsQualifications3+ years of experience in injection molding processingStrong understanding of scientific molding principlesExperience with mold setups, hot runners, and auxiliary equipment (dryers, grinders, chillers)Ability to troubleshoot both process and basic mechanical issuesComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentInterested in hearing more?
