We pride ourselves on long-term employment, a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, and empowering team members to develop efficient ways of working.Why join us?Competitive weekly compensation package including wage, auto allowance, medical, life, IRA, and workers' compPerformance-based end-of-year bonus ($2,000 - $7,000)12 days vacation + 5 days sick PTODental and vision care fully reimbursable by receiptFull travel reimbursement and per diem for out-of-state projectsClear career pathway to Project ManagerRelaxed office culture with flexibility for half/full days off during holidaysLong-term employment focus with low turnover and 15+ year tenured team membersOpportunity to work on a wide variety of exciting construction projectsJob DetailsJob Details / Responsibilities:Run day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects from start to finishSchedule and direct subcontractors on-siteCall for and coordinate inspectionsProduce and maintain RFI Logs, Daily Logs, and Weekly PhotosUpdate project schedule weekly using Procore softwareCoordinate and track material procurement (with support from in-office Project Coordinator)Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and maintain SWPPPRead and interpret construction plansCommunicate effectively with subcontractors, owners, architects, and other stakeholdersUtilize construction software including Procore and OutbuildWork full-time in the field Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required by project schedule or client needsQualifications:Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar field leadership role in commercial constructionStrong ability to read and interpret construction plansProficiency with construction management software (Procore and Outbuild preferred)Solid understanding of subcontractor scheduling, inspections, RFIs, daily/weekly reporting, and material procurementKnowledge of safety protocols and SWPPP requirementsExcellent communication and organizational skillsReliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the fieldWillingness to work occasional Saturdays and travel out-of-state when neededInterested in hearing more?
