Regional Sales Manager

RSM - WEST COASTMy Client is a security manufacture of IP security cameras and NVR's. They are looking for a RSM to increase new business revenues through channel partners (distributors & integrators) in the west coast (CA, ID, NV, OR, WA)Requirements & Responsibilities5+ years of sales experience selling IP cameras, NVR's and CCTV systems within the territory.Proven track record of successful sales through strategic partnerships (distributors & integrators) and working with them on large end user projects (banking, education, retail, etc.)Thorough knowledge of video surveillance equipment.Ability to train and give presentations to customers on new and existing equipment.Experienced working in a greenfield sales territory.Work remote, living in territory near an airport requiring 50% travel.Salary& BenefitsBase salary $90K-$100K with an OTE of $150K (Uncapped Commission Structure)Competitive Healthcare benefit package.Excellent company with long term promotional opportunity.If you know anyone interested please have them contact me as soon as possible.
