Overview The Sr. Finance Manager SVG Commercial will be a key finance business partner to the Global SVG Sales organization and a resource for driving finance strategic initiatives. They will provide valuable guidance through the delivery of all financial metrics and analytics while ensuring a robust control and risk management environment. The role leverages finance processes, standards, teams, systems, and data to drive efficiency and effectiveness and supports the financial planning and forecasting process. This position reports to the SI CFO. Responsibilities Revenue and margin analytics, reporting, and forecasting by channel, product line, and therapeutic area. Own the standard monthly financial analytics package necessary to measure financial results and guide future business decisions. Lead the sales forecast consolidation process, responsible for regional forecast collection and report out. Provide financial analysis and decision support to internal customers, proactively scanning market and data for improvement opportunities. Develop strong partnerships with Commercial, Product, Global Supply Chain, and Sourcing teams to understand new product introductions, pricing, and margin enhancement initiatives and their financial impact. Manage the SVG sales commissions process for the direct sales organization. Lead the design of new processes to improve the quality and productivity of the finance team and the business overall. Collect and analyze customer/market data on demographics, preferences, needs, and trends to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Build models and analysis tools to identify opportunities to impact the bottom line, including price/volume/mix analyses and cost structure analysis. Perform in-depth market, industry, and competitive analysis and positioning. Formulate, recommend, and implement product pricing strategy and customer marketing initiatives to deliver results on deadlines. Assist with integration activities with GE Healthcare, streamlining processes for best practices within financial reporting and internal controls. Support strategic planning and forecasting for new product introductions and long"‘range planning objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and a minimum of 8 years of financial work experience. Demonstrated depth and breadth in commercial business partnership from prior assignments. Ability to manage multiple high"‘priority, high"‘visibility deliverables. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Graduate of GE's Financial Management Program (FMP) and/or OFLP, or other financial leadership programs. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $140,000.00-$210,000.00 Annual (US"‘only). Compensation decisions are based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible for performance"‘based incentive compensation, including cash bonus(es) and/or long"‘term incentives (LTI).
