Location: Remote (Global)Compensation: 100% Commission + Performance BonusesDepartment: Sales - CREo (Powered by Initio Capital)Reports To: Head of Sales, CREoAbout the RoleInitio Capital is hiring an Outbound Setter / SDR to support our capital markets pipeline for CREo, our fundraising operating system for commercial real estate sponsors and GPs. This role is responsible for generating conversations, qualifying leads, and booking appointments with sponsors who need debt, equity, or capital infrastructure for deals over $2M.This is not a call center role. This is a front-line position identifying active acquisition groups, syndicators, fund managers, and sponsors who need capital or deal execution support.
