About the job Needed Virtual Assistant - RemoteWe are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant to join our team. Working remotely, or onsite you will organize and update files, answer calls and emails, and assist in creating presentations, sales materials, technical documents and installation and usage instructions for our family of products. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized.Virtual Assistant Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emailsPrepare and organize databases and reportsManage social media accounts and repliesHandle confidential employer and client informationTake notes or transcribe meetingsSchedule meetings and arrange employers calendar; schedule meeting spaces and conference roomsPresent excellent customer-service skills to customers and clientsManage filing systems, update records, and organize documentationPrepare and create PowerPoint presentations and materials as needed; research materials and sources for presentationsVirtual Assistant Requirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelors degree preferredProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology toolsKnowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or textHighly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructionsAble to manage time effectively and efficientlyAble to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and informationSelf-directed and able to work without supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service and presentation skillsAble to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as neededTwo years previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
