District Manager, Commercial Sales | Southeast We are seeking a District Manager to build and lead a sales team across the Southeast region. The role focuses on developing and executing territory strategy, ensuring sales goals and quotas are met, and fostering a high"‘performing sales culture. Responsibilities Build and manage an expert sales team. Craft and implement Cohesity's territory strategy to achieve short"‘ and long"‘term goals, objectives and quotas for sales managers and their teams. Recruit and develop the direct sales management team, ensuring managers recruit, hire, develop, and run a tiered sales team. Maintain a balance between team leadership and customer-interfacing activities. Collaborate with the extended sales organization (SE Manager, PSO Manager, Inside Sales Manager, Channel Manager, Recruiting, etc.) to generate new business opportunities. Qualifications 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 6 direct sales manager reports in a fast"‘paced, highly competitive environment. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop extended cross"‘functional teams (Systems Engineers, Inside Reps, Field Marketing, Professional Services, Channel Management). Experience negotiating large, multi"‘figure deals with sophisticated terms and conditions. Track record of building strategic and coordinated sales campaigns, including OEM partnerships. Self"‘starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction. High personal and team standards of integrity and performance. BA/BS degree or higher. Ability to travel 50%+ of the time. Compensation Pay Range: $248,000.00 - $310,000.00 (annualized hourly rate for full"‘time employment). OTE may include bonus, commission (for sales roles), and equity grants.
