Senior Financial Analyst, Contract to Hire, Remote

Vaco has partnered with a growing SaaS company that is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will support strategic financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings strong SaaS or software industry experience and is highly skilled in building financial models from scratch. This position is fully remote, with the ability to work Central Time Zonehours required. Job Title: Senior Financial AnalystLocation: Fully Remote (must work CST hours)Pay Rate: $55-$65 per hourEngagement Type: Contract-to-Hire Responsibilities Include: Build and maintain complex financial models from the ground up to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making Partner with cross-functional leaders to analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights Support month-end and quarter-end analysis, including variance analysis and management reporting Assist with long-range planning, scenario modeling, and KPI development Improve financial processes and reporting to support scalability in a growing SaaS environment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst within a technology, SaaS, or software company Advanced Excel skills, with demonstrated experience building models from scratch Strong analytical mindset with the ability to clearly communicate insights to stakeholders Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred As required by local law, the salary range for the role is $55-$65 per hour.
