Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner

Overview A well-established senior care community in Freehold, NJ is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a geriatric population. This role spans primary care, subacute, long-term care, and assisted living settings, offering a dynamic and meaningful clinical environment.This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who thrives in a collaborative yet autonomous role, as you will serve as the sole provider onsite during scheduled days while working closely with an interdisciplinary care team.
