This community serves residents who both live independently, with some needing assistance and memory care. Experienced APNs who can work independently as a solo practitioner, preferred Full Practice Authority License, preferred Average number of patient visits per day 10-12 Clinic Schedule: Monday Friday (Days) Provide support of EMR in basket Occurrence based malpractice insurance coverage Competitive compensation, PTO and CME Annual Salary: $118K - $125K EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Master's degree in Nursing LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED: BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office. ACLS Certification, required Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
