Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Outpatient Primary Care Location: Jamestown, NYSchedule: Full-Time Monday Friday Daytime HoursCompensation: $100,000 $140,000 Position Overview A well-established and expanding primary care group in New York is opening a new office and seeking two Family Nurse Practitioners to join their growing team. This is a fully outpatient opportunity offering clinical autonomy, physician collaboration, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships in a stable practice environment.This role is ideal for an NP who enjoys continuity of care and practicing comprehensive family medicine without hospital call or night shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespanManage your own patient panel with clinical independencePerform physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment planningProvide preventive care and chronic disease managementEducate patients and families on wellness and disease preventionCollaborate with physicians and care team members to optimize outcomesParticipate in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Active New York RN license and Nurse Practitioner certificationGraduate of an accredited NP programCurrent CPR certification (ACLS/BLS preferred)Strong communication and clinical decision-making skillsCommitment to patient-centered careNew graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
